BananaFish: keeping it fresh with new crib bedding

Popular crib bedding manufacturer BananaFish has plans for introducing a luxury bedding line at the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association show held in Florida in June 2005. They're known for the detailing and use of high quality fabrics for the discerning baby bedding buyer.

The newly announced Silver Spoon collection, which BananaFish says is a higher-end yet affordable collection, was created specifically for customers who are less price conscious.

The new line incorporates even richer styling, more detailing and fresher colors for a more sophisticated look than BananaFish's other bedding, marketing associates said.

The Silver Spoon crib collection also uses a more luxurious mix of fabrics such as ribbons, gingham, quilted velvets and rich toile designs for beautifully elegant bedding touches. The new designs include:

•National Velvet- elegant girls’ pink and brown set

•Belinda- girls’ design in the more traditional feminine colors of green and pink

Amy Cropper, sales representative at BananaFish comments: “Although the upper end is a considerably smaller part of the marketplace, we feel there is a good, strong niche business for the small retailer in offering high-quality bedding for babies along with good customer service. We hope to fill that need with the Silver Spoon collection.”
